Relief Medical Services has been providing qualified nursing care to the Chicagoland area since 1973 making us the oldest and best-known caregivers in the region. Our clients know that they can depend on us to provide the care they need, whenever they need it.

Availability around the clock, seven days a week
You will always hear a live voice, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here for you at all times, ready to arrange care, answer questions, or just listen.

Supervision — "Who else is monitoring the care?"
Our Director of Nursing supervises all nursing personnel to insure proper care. Case Managers handle the initial patient assessment, to carefully match the service with physician guidelines and personal preferences. They make periodic visits to verify the quality of ongoing care, assess progress, and correct any problems. Each client is assigned a Case Manager to complete the circle of care.

Qualifications of the Nursing Staff
Each nursing professional must pass our stringent screening criteria. All nurses must have two years of recent experience and be trained in the most current procedures and practices. They must also be CPR certified.
